Yousra

Teaching, education and training are the best ways to grow and evolve. This the philosophy of Yousra Charrouf, Doctor of Learning Psychology and E-learning Consultant at Dokeos. Passionate about learning, she holds a master’s degree in information systems and engineering education in addition to a bachelor’s degree in economics and business management.

Before joining Dokeos, Yousra was a marketing assistant at Jaguar Morocco, a sales supervisor at Maroc Cultures and manager of her own farm. The expertise she’s developed throughout her many professional experiences helps support partners from diverse backgrounds. A few examples of partners who put their trust in her include Saint-Gobain, an international leader in sustainable construction, LPG Systems, a world leader in the health, beauty and wellness sector, the Fédération Française du Bâtiment (FFB), SYDEV and Nova Formation.

Yousra’s responsibilities specifically include modernizing training departments, digitizing projects and educational scripting. Depending on her partners’ industries, she often faces numerous challenges in the execution of projects, including the size of the workforce to be trained, the creation of portals and multilingualism, successfully alternating between theory and practice based on a to a blended learning approach and putting the fun in learning, etc. She overcomes these challenges with brilliance, thanks to her ability to immerse herself in the world of her partners and the quality of the support she provides them.
