Safaa

Safaa has held the role of Digital Learning Projet Manager since 2021. In this role, she supports Dokeos’ partners in France and Morocco,specifically in the areas of aeronautics, construction, education and continuing education.

Her expertise in consulting has earned her the trust of the largest companies and organizations with respect to advising and the digital transformation of training programs. Some examples include TGCC, a leading construction industry in Morocco, for the launch of their training academy, and Aérocampus Aquitaine, an aeronautics company, for the expansion of their international e-learning offerings. Other examples include Ynov, an educational institute, for the creation of their employee and stakeholder academy and, finally, Evolugo, a training company, for the creation of more than 100 sub-portals and support for more than 400 monthly usages.

Throughout her career, Safaa has grown in professional settings with an international dimension. She began her career at Toyota of Morocco as a junior HR business partner. She then joined the Learning & Development team at Deloitte, and before being recruited by Dokeos, Safaa worked in the Human Resources department of Suez Group as an HR development manager.

A graduate of the École Nationale de Commerce et de Gestion with a master’s degree in Human Resource Sciences, Safaa has extensive and wide-ranging experience in recruitment, training and career management.
