Reda

Reda Abdellaoui, currently an e-learning consultant, previously worked in customer relations as an account manager. He then held the position of Research Manager at Consort NT, SSII Internationale, where he conducted feasibility studies for providing customers with information systems. He would later become an insurance sales consultant before finally joining Dokeos in 2020.

Curious about the world of business, Reda pursued graduate studies in organizational management to better understand the overall functioning of companies on human, financial and operational levels, just to name a few. He also has a degree in training design. He currently works closely with his contacts at Pharma5, Morocco’s leading pharmaceutical company, Maroc Télécom, Morocco’s longtime telecommunications provider, and Lagardère Retail Travel, a world leader in its industry, to set up training courses facilitating the development of skills among trainees.

Before embarking on the process of digitizing training programs, he suggests that managers rely on the skills repository and use placement testing, two tools of choice developed by Dokeos for listing essential skills for each position and evaluating employee knowledge, an essential step in designing training courses adapted to the level of the learners. Over the course of his time at Dokeos, Reda has developed a strong expertise in customer knowledge to meet expectations and build loyalty among his partner portfolio.
