Lamiaa

Before joining Dokeos, Lamiaa El Hazzim was a team leader for eleven years at Leyton, a top international consulting firm. The experience she gained in HR coaching allowed her to get up to speed quickly in her new role as an e-learning consultant. She currently works on the design and digitization of training courses for IFAMU, SYMBOLONES, EPICURIS, IFOGECO, AGIR CARGO,VEGA LOGICIEL and other international partners.

As a learning enthusiast, Lamiaa excels in the execution of each and every project. Writing content for training, for example, enriches her on multiple levels, as each industry and each partner has its own requirements. The various projects she takes on expand her general knowledge and improve her writing skills in particular. Each presentation requires in-depth research to develop tailor-made training that’s inline with various industry regulations. Additionally, one of her main motivating factors is the high level of demand for training at Dokeos which allows her to satisfy her intellectual curiosity.

A graduate of the Institut Spécialisé de Technologie Appliquée Hôtelière et Touristique de Mohammedia with a major in communication and culinary history, Lamiaa dreamed of traveling the world as a tour guide to pass on her love of culture, history and travel. It’s a dream she says she lives today, albeit in a different way, through dealing with her counterparts in all four corners of the world on a continual basis.
