Christine

Before leading a team of project managers in 2017 and being responsable for supporting more than 400 Dokeos partners around the
world, Christine was a trainer.

Since 2008, she has managed more than 120 projects for various corporate partners and training organizations. Her scope of work
includes analyzing clients’ needs to convert them into training programs as well as project management and assessment, resulting in the
establishment of specific metrics to ensure virtuous improvement cycles.

With her law degree in addition to her bachelors degree in American Studies from California State University Fullerton (in the United States),
Christine worked as a legal advisor for five years and after that, for eighteen years in university management. She then served as a law
faculty assistant before being offered the position of faculty advisor. Her most recent position helped prepare her for her future position at
Dokeos, as it consisted of helping professors digitalize their courses and helping students find the way in which they work best in order to
succeed in their studies.

Chief Officer, Christine Amory, including Mednet, a Texas-based company specializing in e-clinical life science solutions and Ora
Clinical, a manufacturer of ophthalmic therapeutics based in Massachusetts.

Her mastery of the various industry regulations allows her to respond appropriately to the needs of digitalization and creation of portals with
online courses and training catalogs. In fact, before joining Dokeos, Christine was head of instruction for fifteen years at HEC-Liège, where
she coordinated, planned and implemented e-learning training programs for several managers in Asia and Europe.

In France, with her expertise, Christine supports the Gustave Roussy Cancer Institute and Quantum Surgical in the healthcare sector, ANFA
(Association Nationale pour la Formation Automobile) and Novares in the automotive sector, as well as Cpage in the IT sector, just to name a
few.

A lawyer by training, Christine is an expert on various types of legislation in general. As such, she has an interest in all the legal and
regulatory provisions governing the business domains of Dokeos’ partners, including HIPPA laws, the Sapin II anti-corruption law, the
GDPR, IT security and the DPC (Développement Professionnel Continu), etc.
