Putting Dokeos LMS into practice. How CREHPSY uses blended learning to optimise the timescale and impact of its training?
CREHPSY is a young health and social services institution in the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region. The CREHPSY mission is to support people with mental disabilities. One of their key activities is the training of public and private stakeholders, professionals and families.
Increasing the skills of these role-players takes time. For a variety of reasons, however, the time available for face-to-face training is becoming increasingly less.
Blended learning to enhance face-to-face learning
The institution has therefore looked at a SaaS solution to optimise the timescale of its training programmes. CREHPSY Nord-Pas-de-Calais has been highly impressed by the features offered by LMS Dokeos and the excellent value for money which it provides. And also by the attentiveness and reactivity of Dokeos’ team.
Currently in the experimental phase, CREHPSY Nord-Pas-de-Calais aims to switch from a 100% face-to-face programme to a blended learning approach. What are the objectives?
- To reach a maximum of role-players across the region and raise awareness about the issue, without requiring people to travel.
- To establish a theoretic knowledge base prior to undergoing face-to-face training.
- To stimulate reflection, encourage people to stand back and to share resources after completing face-to-face training.
