Weird data showing in student's progress report

Dear Dokeos staff,


I'm using both Dokeos 1.8.6 and 2.0 version and I'm facing the issue that;


In reporting module of student, the time spent data is showing weird data as in the attached image.



I would like to ask that, have you guys ever been came across with this issue? 


Could you give me a suggestion of how should I fix this issue?


Does this fixed in version 2.1? 


Even it not affect all students in my environemnt, but it still afftect quite a number of user.

Weird data showing in student's progress report

 

Hi,
 
Time problem in reporting is due to the quiz added in the module. In quiz we allow the user to take quiz in a period of time. Let me explain with an example. For eg: If the user start to take quiz today and attempted 3 questions and left the remaining quiz. Next day he again took the quiz after 3 questions, like that he is taking that quiz for 3 days means the time spent in the module of that user will be calculated as 3 days of time. Because the start date to take quiz is today and the end date of quiz is day after tomorrow so the time spent will be difference in start date and end date. Thats why we get more time for some modules and for some users.
