How to restore Backups

Hello,


I made a mistake upgrading to Dokeos 2 and erased all my courses on the production server!


Fortunately I had backups for everything. However, I tried to restore them and the result was just a blank screen and nothing! How are these backups supposed to be restored?

Hi, 
 
Do you have total portal backup as zip file or else having back up of several courses sepeartely. If possible can you please send me the zip file. so that we can check that.
