UCANSS was created in 1970 in France to federate social security organisations countrywide. UCANSS is noticeably in charge of the Human Resources management and training programmes for its member organisations.

To facilitate training organisation among its members in France and overseas, UCANSS strated 2 blended learning projects called PASS and TAM TAM. The objective is to train new employees online on social security policies and UCANSS processes.

Dokeos and KTM Advance, one of its France-based partners,participate to the project management, develop e-courses and adapt the Dokeos software to the UCANSS HR system.
